Hey guys, what’s up? I’m trying to take a little pause before I started talking. Think because

I’m noticing that my facebook live start. I’m like already in the middle of a sentence or something, so I’m chance reynolds business attorney, founder of LLC Freedom Company that sets up a lot for entrepreneurs, real estate investors, business owners, people like yourself. Hopefully if you’re watching this. So I started doing something that uh, uh, God, I don’t want us to, I don’t know if he would be considered a guru yet. Um, I think he’s probably well on his way to being a guru, a Jordan’s stanley pain. He’s a real estate guy. He, he specializes in kind of purchasing multifamily properties and I’m holding them long-term to create long term wealth for himself regardless. He has a course where he teaches a. it’s a marketing course, but essentially what it really actually is a personal branding course. And so I went through his course, I’m sure he has several other courses. Um, I was more curious about the marketing and it was a breath of fresh air because most marketing stuff when you, when you look at real estate investing has to do with how you’re going to, you know, approach sellers, find sellers, send the mail driver drive for dollars, which is just, if you don’t know what that is, driving around and looking for kind of a distressed property and then figuring out who owns it and they’re getting them under contract and all that stuff.

I’m sure work. So those were all the traditional ways of marketing in real estate. But I’m going to stand in the way I think is much smarter because it kind of looks at just personal branding and all the gurus that you see pushing all these other, these other methods of marketing really. And the. And the reason they’re even able to reach someone like myself is because they have a good personal brand and they’re pushing their personal brand out. So regardless of that, Jordan, Jordan, Stanley pain has this program. I had no idea it was about personal marketing, but as soon as I got into it, first module, I was like, Yep, this is a, this is a personal branding, a method that he’s using as a personal branding course and it’s actually pretty bad ass. And I started doing exactly what he said with his facebook facebook page saying he suggested, you know, open up your facebook page, completely public, Max out your friends list with you know, as relevant to people as you possibly can and you’re relevant target audience and start providing them value and showing them how valuable you are.

I started doing that and it changed my llc business immediately. I was intending for it to be something that was just the beginning of my real estate investment business, but it really blew up my llc business like immediately. And so I took his advice and you know, it started like a couple of people reached out to me on facebook messenger and then a couple people you know, reached out to me on my facebook page. Then people started reacting to the facebook lives that I was actually doing and then people started a booking my calendar and then all of a sudden my calendar filled all the way up and then it’s like today we’re um, you know, at the beginning of the week before I opened my calendar up and really started pushing it. I may have talked to two or three people a day and if I’m lucky I close one, one of those people through my calendar, like through that specific method, there are other ways that customers come to me and I closed them through referrals and stuff like that.

Um, but not just like cold, you know, cold people that are just now seeing me for the first time and then booking a booking a time to talk with me and then I’m getting on the phone and closing them. Not necessarily closing. And I don’t even look at it like I’m trying to sell them at all. I’m just answering their questions straight up. Like I give him 30 minutes. Yesterday somebody, when I got on the phone with, there was a saying, you know, I know we’ve booked this for 30 minutes, but can I have an hour? And I was like, well, you’re my last appointment. What? I can’t really say no because my point, my purpose in this business is to help as many people. If you have an hour’s worth of questions, I guess I’ll sit here for an hour. And I did and I think we even went over an hour, but today I was, I was talking to so many people.

Um, I had 10 appointments today and I talked to every single one of them for as long as they wanted and provided them all the knowledge that I possibly could. Um, there weren’t hardly any questions that I didn’t know the answer to you. I’m pretty knowledgeable about [inaudible]. When people start asking me about other aspects, like their state planning and stuff like that, I have to shut it off because that’s not my specialty and I’m not just going to pretend to know something I don’t know. But one at the end of one conversation I had was probably the fourth or fifth person I talked to you and she was a real estate investor and she was curious about the llc and told me, you know, she had considered doing this and that, but she didn’t know when to do it or what to do about it.

And I won’t rehash the whole conversation, but I just laid it out like this is what we’ll see is do lcs will protect you when you’re entering into a contract here. You know, they’ll protect you when a wholesale deal goes wrong. She was a wholesaler when a wholesale deal goes wrong in three months down the road, the person that you helped, you know, avoid that foreclosure situation and then an eventual eviction and all this being other record for six years, you know, you helped them move that property and then they get their assets in order like six months later. And then they turn around and realize that maybe I didn’t have to sell that that property. And they’re starting to delude themselves that maybe they weren’t in as bad a situation as they actually were, forgetting how desperate they were to, you know, get out of that situation and avoid that foreclosure.

I’m, what contract do you think they’re going to turn around and look at? Well, what they’re going to look at is that contract with when you’re, when you’re actually the wholesaler going, getting them under that purchase agreement. Sorry, my brain is a bit fried right next to him and talking to little sees like all day hours and hours of that. So I probably talked about a little seeds for like seven hours straight with people today. Um, but yeah, so that’s the contract they’re going to look back at is the whole the purchase agreement that the wholesaler is putting the seller under because that’s the first point of contact. And if you’re entering into that contract and your own personal name, I’m a lawyer will be salivating at seeing that contract because they’re going to know, you know what, OK, this is a good lawsuit is because there is no asset protection.

There’s no entity protection of an LLC. There this weekend, if we sue this person and we win, this isn’t a business that we’re pursuing this as a person and then they have cars, they have the money that they’re making up these wholesale deals from wholesaling your house, they have a home savings and there are other ways to kind of protect these things other than an llc in some states you can do. They have homestead laws where you can not allow credit judgments to, uh, you know, allow your house to get taken. But a lot of people don’t even know about that and they never take a simple step of just filing this piece of paper with the county and lawyers can look that up in two seconds. And, um, if they see that you’re going to be the person that gets sued, not the, not the buyer on the back end, that’s going to be you.

And I just explained that, explained that and just laid it out just like that. And she was like, you know, you’re just so passionate about the LLC. And I just started cracking up laughing because I just had like a triple espresso. I’m like, you know, 2:00 and her, she was like my 2:30 appointment and I was just laughing like, oh my God, I’m coming across like a complete maniac. She probably thinks I’m like coked up or something because I was just laying it out because I had just talked about the [inaudible] was so many clients or potential clients, you know, leads all throughout the day and just laying out. Most of them were in the same position as her being wholesalers and I just laid out like this, this is where the liability is in wholesaling and just laid it out like super linear. This happens.

Then this happens so you could lose this and this is why you need to do this before you do this. And she was like, yeah, you’re so passionate about the LLC. Like I really appreciate that and it’s like that’s kind of a, that’s like a good compliment. But it’s. I never imagined myself to be super passionate about anything with the law really until I started this llc company and I realized the actual need for this. So it’s been an awesome week. Just seeing other entrepreneurs that are so passionate about what they’re doing and instead of just wasting time doing it, thinking that they have to do everything themselves. Actually reaching out to somebody who is knowledgeable and I’m helping everybody that reaches out to me whether they want to become a client of mine or not. I told them, you know, in the beginning if you reach out to me, I’m going to help you.

I’m going to answer your questions about the LLC and if you choose to turn around and take with the knowledge that I give you and go to legal zoom or go hire some other attorney, then that’s just fine. Um, but I’m gonna help you no matter what, you got 30 minutes of my time. Let’s hash it out. And it’s frustrating with to be honest. Like, of the conversations are very frustrating because sometimes people think they understand it and they very clearly don’t. And they think that you’re. And they rightfully so, they think that you’re trying to take advantage of them. I’m not because I am trying to take advantage of them, but because there are so many predatory people out there, so I understand that. Anyway, I’m rambling on. It’s been A. I feel like I have a. those juicers like an orange juicer. Those have been scrambling.
