and I’ve really been implementing in my business recently is reaching out to other leaders in different industries. So for example, I talked with leslie black whose a, an accountant and provide really comprehensive financial services for businesses. So it’s not just accounting, it’s like, what is your problem? We have a team of people to solve it. So I had no idea how, how well that was going to work out. But um, she works with a lot of clients, love her clients, needed all CS. And just by having a discussion with her and going on facebook live, we established a relationship where, you know, we’re, if somebody comes to me looking for financial advice, that’s not really what I do. So I send them. I will be sending all those people over to leslie black like, um, and she’s going to have a course as well soon.

And I’ll be be suggesting that course too, because I know just from talking with her that she’s really good at what she does. She’s very knowledgeable and she, and she’s smart enough that if she doesn’t know how to do something, she’ll find somebody who does and um, she’s reciprocating and her clients need to know. We’ll see. She’s sending them my way so that, that’s one person that I did that with. And then I reached out to another, uh, somebody I don’t really know as well and that I’m so busy. I’m not sure he would even want to do an interview like he doesn’t really need anything from me is Max Maxwell who’s a real estate investor and kind of quickly becoming an online personality, like just doing personal branding, like in the smartest way maybe of anybody out there right now. Almost at the level of a, like a Gary v or something where it’s like he has somebody full time traveling around with them just to create youtube video blogs and q and a’s and stuff.

Uh, just creating massive amount of content and not really selling anything. Just free content over and over and over, building up his personal brand because his business is real estate, so he doesn’t need to make money off of his content really that much. He does charge money for people to call them on the phone, I suspect not because he needs that money, but because so many people will be reaching out to them. So I reached out to him and told him, look, this is a massive problem in your facebook group with your community. Um, [inaudible], I have a solution, you know, I’m trustworthy here. My credentials, if it’s OK with you, I would like to offer your facebook group something. Uh, you know, very discounted. That’s very valuable to them. And uh, I had no idea he could’ve just, I honestly assumed he wouldn’t even respond, but I was like, you know what, it’s worth reaching out to them and I’m not going to do this to like every group because then it wouldn’t really be special.

I’m only doing this for his group, at least in that niche. I might do it for online entrepreneurs in a different group, a different group that I see people asking that question. But uh, for now I reached out to him. He got back and said, yes, people have been scammed in this group. Just make sure to let them know that I said it was OK and go ahead. And so I did that yesterday and I just, instead of just driving people to like an online form, I’m driving them to actually talk with me. Like let’s get on the phone book, something on my calendar and let’s chat and probably I’m leaving money on the table by doing that. I could just send people to a form and just shoot them a payment link and never discussed with them what their issue is. But then they’d be in the same position of not understanding what the LLC.

The purpose of it is. So I actually want to talk with them real quick just because I just feel like that’s so helpful. It’s helpful for me. I put a face to the, to the business and it’s helpful for them and I’m not going to be to do that forever, but for right now it’s so mutually beneficial that there’s no reason not to do it. So there’s the, there’s a whole method of reaching out to other influencers called, uh, I think it’s called dream 100. And I know Russell Brunson talks about it and, uh, I think one of his kind of proteges is a guy named Dana Derek’s. I believe that’s what his dream [inaudible] book is. He sells books. This is crazy, but he writes books and sells them like high ticket books, like $2,000 for a book. I don’t know what the dream 100 costs, but I know ultimately the dream 100 idea because I’m not going to pay $2,000 for a book.

I’m at least not right now. But the idea behind the dream 100 is that you reach out to a hundred influencers and try to provide them value. And by establishing that relationship, like, you know, you’ll get something reciprocated back to you. But ultimately it’s just providing them some value, so I’m not going all the way to making a list of a hundred people and reaching out to them providing value. But, uh, if you did that, man, that’d be a hell of a smart way to start a business. I mean, paid traffic is great and I’ve talked about on here like you don’t know if you have a real business until you can drive paid traffic and if you’re, if you’re in the online realm, I think that that’s probably true. But for me, referrals for the LLC business, at least referrals have just worked so much better.

Like paid traffic, uh, estimate, crack that code. I’m still going to be working on cracking that code because that could really explode your business to where you’re kind of a local business to all the way to, you know, where you’re competing with, with people like legal zoom and I’ve talked about on here in the last week. Um, this is like, not necessarily all that realistic, but I do want to compete with legal zoom. I do, I, that they created a million [inaudible] I would like to create a million little cs, um, cause that means I can help a million people and I can establish a business at the same time, but I’m keeping my prices, you know, reasonably I see some online companies doing it for like 40 bucks, but I guarantee you the data, they cannot speak with their clients. Like there’s just not a possible way that for 50, if you offered it for 40 or $50, you’re probably setting up people.

You’re running into the same problem as legal zoom where you’re setting up. People are setting up the LLC season the wrong states and with wrong information and they don’t know what the hell to do. And ultimately like, um, you’re probably gonna get a bad rap. Yeah. You’re going to push a lot of people through your funnel and through your business. But I just don’t, that’s not how I want my business to run yet. Maybe someday down the road I’ll just say this is a lost cause and, and a lower my price to something like that. But right now, no, I’m not doing that. I don’t have the highest priced product. I don’t have the lowest priced. I’m kind of right in the middle and that’s, that’s fine by me. Of course. I’d rather have like a thousand dollar product that it’s like I only need to sell 100 people a year to have a six figure business.

But as of right now I’m just focused on doing these levels and I’m still learning the real estate business and still still possibly going to be launching a pre-foreclosure litigation firm. Um, hopefully this summer, maybe, maybe next month. Um, but that’s really up to my business partner who’s already in that business and how quickly he can kind of move from his business to this business. So, so many things in the works. But my llc business right now is just as bumping like it’s never. Nothing I’ve ever done has ever resulted in this many, um, calendar one of my calendar. It’s like filling up this fast. So it’s going to be a hell of a week. Every week is becoming busier than last week. I hired somebody yesterday to help me with the [inaudible] and really excited about that. He’s already handled [inaudible] LLC. I’ll probably have him handle about half the all season and come through, um, meaning like just telling him, look, this is, this is what I discussed, here’s what the client needs.

And then he just sets everything up and he’s a former attorney and working as a paralegal now so that, that relationship, I think it’s going to be pretty great. Interviewed him yesterday. He was the first person I interviewed and I hired him. I know that’s not necessarily always the greatest thing to do, but he was just such a good fit that I was like, let’s do it. Um, for somebody else would snatch them up before I could. So either way, that’s what’s going on. Crazy day. Hope everybody’s business is growing. Hope you’re reaching out to other influencers in your arena, in your market and establishing relationships. Um, because that is one quick way to lift your business off the ground. Hey guys, thank you so much for listening. I really, really appreciate everybody tuning in and all the great feedback I’m getting about the podcast and I’m going to keep it up and
